This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 3 years Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune JobType: full-time We are looking for an experienced Anaplan Consultant / Anaplan Model Builder (L1/L2) to join our growing enterprise planning and analytics team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Anaplan model building, implementation, and ongoing support , working closely with business stakeholders to design scalable, high-performing planning solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise in Anaplan combined with a solid understanding of business processes across finance, sales, supply chain, or workforce planning. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and implement Anaplan models aligned with business requirements and best practices. Lead or support end-to-end Anaplan implementations , including requirement gathering, solution design, model development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Act as an L1/L2 support resource , troubleshooting model issues, resolving data discrepancies, and addressing performance concerns. Collaborate with business users, solution architects, and integration teams to translate functional requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions. Develop and maintain data integrations between Anaplan and source systems using APIs, Anaplan Connect, or third-party ETL tools. Optimize existing models by improving performance, simplifying structures, and ensuring adherence to Anaplan’s best practices (DISCO, PLANS, etc.). Create and maintain model documentation, user guides, and training materials. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end users to ensure adoption and effective utilization of Anaplan solutions. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, automation, and reporting capabilities. Required Skills & Qualifications 3–9 years of experience working with Anaplan or as an Anaplan Model Builder . Strong hands-on experience in Anaplan implementation projects across one or more planning areas such as Financial Planning, Sales Planning, Supply Chain, or Workforce Planning. Experience providing L1 and L2 support for Anaplan models in a production environment. Strong understanding of Anaplan modeling concepts, formulas, lists, modules, actions, and user access management. Experience with data integration methods and handling large datasets. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Anaplan Model Builder Certification (Level 1 / Level 2) is highly desirable. Exposure to Agile or project-based implementation methodologies. Experience working in enterprise or consulting environments.
