This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 2400000 - Rs 2600000 (ie INR 24-26 LPA) Min Experience: 3 years Location: Bangalore JobType: full-time We are looking for a Product Manager – Credit Business (Unsecured) to build and scale an unsecured lending product from the ground up. This is a true 0–1 role , offering ownership of product strategy, execution, and vendor integrations across the personal loans lifecycle. The role is ideal for a hands-on product manager with strong domain expertise in lending and fintech ecosystems. You will work closely with engineering, risk, operations, and external partners to launch, optimize, and scale credit products that deliver seamless user experiences and robust risk controls. Key Responsibilities Build and scale the unsecured lending business from concept to launch and growth (0–1) . Own the end-to-end personal loan journey , including onboarding, eligibility, underwriting, disbursement, servicing, and collections. Lead integrations with third-party vendors for KYC, credit bureau checks, fraud detection, and risk scoring . Define product requirements, user flows, and business logic in collaboration with engineering and risk teams. Drive product iterations based on customer feedback, data insights, and regulatory requirements. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth rollout, compliance, and operational readiness. Track product performance metrics and continuously improve conversion, approval rates, and customer experience. Requirements Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Personal Loans or unsecured credit products . Strong understanding of the unsecured lending ecosystem , including credit assessment, underwriting, and vendor integrations. Experience working with fintech APIs, credit bureaus, and KYC providers. Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and take ownership of outcomes. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
