This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 350000 - Rs 650000 (ie INR 3.5-6.5 LPA) Min Experience: 2 years Location: Noida , Uttar Pradesh , Gurgaon, Uttar Pradesh , Delhi/ NCR  JobType: full-time We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Skin Counsellor to join a reputed dermatology clinic. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient care and enjoys guiding individuals through their skin, hair, and nail treatment journeys. You will act as a key point of contact for patients, helping them understand their concerns, explore suitable treatment options, and feel confident throughout their clinical experience. The position requires strong communication skills, counselling expertise, and the ability to work closely with doctors and clinical teams. Key Responsibilities Counsel patients on skin, hair, and nail concerns with a patient-centric and ethical approach Conduct detailed individual assessments and assist in developing initial treatment plans Clearly explain available treatment options, procedures, benefits, and expected outcomes Help patients make informed decisions by recommending suitable treatments based on clinical guidance Manage and track assigned patient cases, ensuring continuity of care and follow-ups Coordinate regularly with dermatologists, therapists, and clinic staff for smooth treatment execution Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and patient-related records Build trust-based relationships with patients to ensure a positive and comfortable clinic experience What Makes You a Great Fit Female candidates with a minimum of 3+ years of skin counselling experience in a reputed dermatology or aesthetic clinic Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university MBA, PGDM, BDS, or BHMS qualification with counselling experience is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain treatments clearly and confidently Fluency in English and Hindi to effectively communicate with a diverse patient base Patient-focused mindset with attention to detail and empathy Ability to work collaboratively with medical professionals in a clinical environment
