This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 500000 (ie INR 3 - 5 LPA) Min Experience: 3 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time Executive Assistant to the Director – Booking & Scheduling Responsibilities Manage and optimize the Director’s complex calendar, coordinating internal and external meetings across multiple time zones. Plan and coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and visa requirements when applicable. Organize meeting logistics such as conference room bookings, virtual meeting links, agendas, and supporting materials. Act as the primary point of coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to confirm availability and finalize schedules. Proactively monitor and adjust calendars to accommodate shifting priorities and last-minute changes. Maintain accurate records of schedules, travel itineraries, and related expenses, ensuring adherence to organizational policies.
