The role focuses on driving measurable results through data-driven strategies, compelling ad creatives, and continuous performance optimization. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, lead quality, conversions, and overall performance. Create and test engaging ad copies, creatives, and audience targeting strategies. Monitor daily performance metrics and make data-driven optimizations. Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports with actionable insights. Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with business and growth objectives. Stay updated with platform trends, ad policies, and best practices. Requirements Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Strong understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, and conversion optimization. Experience in healthcare, dermatology, or skin clinic marketing is highly preferred. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into optimization strategies. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
