This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 6 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time We are looking for a seasoned AI Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technology and CRM-driven projects across multiple clients. This role requires strong ownership, client-facing maturity, and the ability to bridge business requirements with modern SaaS and AI-enabled solutions. Key Responsibilities Own and manage end-to-end delivery of CRM and AI-enabled platform implementation projects for multiple clients. Understand client business objectives and ensure technology solutions meet functional and operational expectations. Lead project planning, execution, and coordination to deliver within defined scope, budget, and timelines. Create and maintain key project documentation including BRD, SOW, project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely execution. Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively mitigate and escalate to stakeholders when required. Conduct regular project reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to delivery standards. Ensure compliance with defined project management methodologies, processes, and quality frameworks. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, progress reports, and follow-ups. Collaborate closely with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth execution. Translate client requirements into clear, actionable inputs for engineering and product teams. Demonstrate high ownership and proactive communication, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to clients. Stay current with AI, automation, and modern SaaS trends and contribute to solution discussions at a conceptual level. Required Qualifications & Experience 5–8 years of experience managing CRM, ticketing, or SaaS platform implementation projects. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.), preferably in Computer Science or a related discipline. Experience delivering software implementations in B2B/B2C SaaS, consulting, or IT services environments. Strong techno-functional understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise software platforms. Hands-on experience with project tracking and issue management tools such as Jira. Familiarity with AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives is required. Project management certifications (PMP, CSM, PRINCE2) are preferred.
