This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 600000 - Rs 1200000 (ie INR 6-12 LPA) Min Experience: 2 years Location: Delhi JobType: full-time We are seeking a data-driven Growth Manager to scale a D2C business across owned and paid digital channels. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and retention, with a strong focus on driving revenue, improving funnel efficiency, and building sustainable growth engines. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end growth for the D2C website across acquisition, conversion, and retention. Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, marketplaces, and emerging platforms. Drive CRO initiatives through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and on-site experimentation. Track, analyze, and optimize key growth metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, and repeat purchases. Collaborate closely with product, technology, design, and content teams to launch and scale growth initiatives. Manage and optimize landing pages, pricing strategies, offers, bundles, and promotional experiments. Build and scale retention channels including email, SMS, WhatsApp, loyalty programs, and subscriptions. Identify, test, and scale new growth channels, tools, partnerships, and acquisition opportunities. Create and present weekly and monthly growth dashboards and performance reports to leadership. Required Skills & Experience 2–5 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or e-commerce, preferably in a D2C environment. Strong understanding of paid media, digital analytics, and end-to-end e-commerce funnels. Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Shopify. Highly analytical mindset with a strong bias toward experimentation, testing, and execution. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
