This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 500000 - Rs 1500000 (ie INR 5-15 LPA) Min Experience: 1 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time We are looking for a  Strategy Associate – Global GTM & Growth  to join a high-impact Strategy & Growth function within a fast-scaling enterprise SaaS organization. This role sits at the intersection of  strategy, product, and sales , offering a front-row seat to how global go-to-market motions are built and executed. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to shape market entry strategies, refine solution positioning, and support early-stage enterprise deals across international markets. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who enjoys structured problem-solving, customer-facing exposure, and translating strategy into real business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Support the design and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies across global regions and customer segments Collaborate with sales and product teams to build compelling use cases, solution narratives, and value propositions for enterprise customers Assist in early-stage enterprise deals by supporting client conversations, demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and opportunity progression Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to inform strategic and commercial decisions Translate ambiguous business problems into clear, structured insights and actionable recommendations Enable sales teams with strategic inputs that help accelerate deal cycles and improve win rates Work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, product, and marketing to ensure alignment on growth initiatives Bring clarity, structure, and execution discipline to high-priority growth projects What Makes You a Great Fit 0–3 years of experience in consulting, SaaS, GTM, strategy, pre-sales, sales operations, or similar roles Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into practical actions Ability to translate product capabilities into clear, compelling customer value stories Comfortable engaging with global customers and collaborating with cross-region teams Structured, detail-oriented, and execution-focused approach to work Clear communicator who takes ownership and follows through on commitments You’ll have an added advantage if you: Have exposure to enterprise SaaS, CX, CRM, or AI-driven products Have supported sales cycles, POCs, or customer-facing discussions Have worked on GTM strategy, market entry, or competitive analysis initiatives Thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
