We’re looking for an AI Content Creator who can turn raw ideas, audio, and written thinking into high-impact, future-forward visual content at speed. This role blends creative technology, AI tooling, and fast-paced video production to build a daily stream of short-form content that feels cohesive, intentional, and unmistakably forward-looking. You will work directly with a founder operating at the intersection of cities, culture, sustainability, and systems thinking. Your job is to translate complex ideas into visually compelling short-form content using AI-driven workflows and modern editing techniques. This role is ideal for someone who moves fast, experiments constantly, and understands how AI-generated visuals, motion, and sound come together to create high-retention content. Why You’ll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) Observance of Holidays per company guidelines 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you’re most productive Direct collaboration with a founder shaping future-focused narratives High creative ownership with room to build proprietary AI workflows and systems What You’ll Work On AI-Driven Content Creation Turn raw audio recordings, written essays, and conceptual ideas into short-form videos Produce 1 to 2 high-retention Reels or TikToks daily using AI-enhanced visuals Build visual narratives that make abstract ideas feel concrete and engaging Maintain a consistent aesthetic across all content outputs Custom AI Training and Visual Systems Build and maintain custom LoRAs or visual styles using tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or Flux Develop a recognizable visual identity that feels proprietary and intentional Iterate on prompts, workflows, and models to improve output quality and speed Video Editing and Motion Edit short-form videos using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools Combine AI-generated visuals with motion graphics, text, and sound design Apply strong pacing, hooks, and structure to maximize retention Workflow Automation and Localization Implement AI tools to streamline content production and distribution Use tools like HeyGen or ElevenLabs to support voice cloning or multilingual output Optimize workflows so content can move from idea to publish within hours Rapid Response Content Turn daily thoughts, podcast clips, or spontaneous recordings into publish-ready content within tight timelines Adapt quickly to new ideas, themes, or directions without heavy process overhead What You Bring 3 to 6+ years of experience in video editing, creative technology, or digital content production Hands-on experience with AI image or video tools such as ComfyUI, Midjourney, Runway, Pika, or similar Strong editing skills using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent Ability to visualize complex or abstract concepts through motion and imagery Strong creative judgment and comfort working with minimal direction Clear communication and ability to iterate quickly based on feedback Nice to Have Experience building custom AI workflows or training models Background in architecture, urbanism, sustainability, culture, or systems thinking Experience producing content for thought leaders or founder-led brands Comfort experimenting with emerging AI tools and formats How to Apply Please include: Your updated resume A short 1 to 2 minute Loom video explaining your experience with AI-driven content creation Examples of video or AI-generated content you’ve produced or edited Only candidates who submit a portfolio and Loom video will be considered.
