This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 8 years Location; Bengaluru JobType: full-time We are seeking a senior product leader to own product vision, strategy, and execution for a large-scale, data-centric platform serving institutional and enterprise users. This role requires strong systems thinking, deep customer empathy, and the ability to translate complex operational problems into scalable, AI-enabled product solutions. You will work closely with business, engineering, and domain experts to drive measurable outcomes across multiple industry verticals. Key Responsibilities Product Vision & Strategy (35%) Define and articulate a 12–24 month product vision aligned with long-term organizational goals. Own the core product problem: addressing inefficiencies caused by fragmented data ecosystems and designing platform-led solutions. Drive product strategy across multiple vertical pods (e.g., agriculture, mining, power, infrastructure). Define and evolve core platform capabilities , including data collection, structuring, integration, monitoring, and decision support. Lead AI/ML roadmap decisions , identifying capabilities that deliver the highest business and operational impact. Roadmap Ownership & Prioritization (30%) Own quarterly roadmap planning , balancing customer needs, revenue opportunities, and platform stability. Partner with senior leadership to align feature ownership and delivery across vertical teams. Make informed trade-offs between new feature development and technical debt reduction . Establish and track product KPIs , assessing product-market fit and performance across verticals. Cross-Functional Alignment (25%) Act as the central connector between business development, domain experts, and engineering teams . Translate customer and market requirements into clear, executable product specifications. Participate in deal and scope reviews to ensure feasibility and alignment with platform capabilities. Collaborate with operations and customer-facing teams to track adoption, success metrics, and outcomes. Engage with advisory panels and industry experts to drive vertical-specific innovation . Customer Empathy & Feedback Loops (10%) Engage directly with institutional customers , including on-site interactions where required. Deeply understand operational workflows, decision-making processes, and pain points. Drive improvements in customer satisfaction and NPS through product enhancements. Establish structured feedback loops to continuously inform product development. What We’re Looking For Core Competencies 8+ years of experience in product management, including 3+ years in a senior or leadership role . Strong systems thinking with the ability to understand end-to-end data and operational workflows. Familiarity with large institutions and government-style procurement and decision-making processes . Solid data and AI intuition —understanding what is feasible, scalable, and impactful. Technical fluency with the ability to collaborate deeply with engineering teams and review technical artifacts. Outcome-driven mindset with strong ownership over business and product results. Proven Experience Track record of building and scaling products from zero to maturity . Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or government-focused technology . Demonstrated success delivering cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, sales, and operations. Experience owning product metrics and driving revenue, adoption, and customer satisfaction through product decisions.
