This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 120000 - Rs 240000 (ie INR 1.2-2.4 LPA) Min Experience: 0 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecommunications Consultant to support outbound and inbound calling initiatives. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers, clearly communicating service offerings, and supporting lead conversion through effective follow-ups and coordination with internal teams. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on existing leads. Clearly explain services and offerings in a professional and persuasive manner. Handle inbound customer queries promptly and courteously. Maintain accurate daily call logs and document call outcomes. Follow up with prospects to support lead qualification and conversion. Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. Build positive customer relationships through consistent and effective communication. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role preferred (freshers may also apply). Strong fluency in spoken and written English . Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, proactive, and customer-oriented approach.
