This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Location: chennai JobType: full-time We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join a voice-based support process. This role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing queries, and delivering a positive customer experience. It’s an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to begin their career in the BPO / Customer Support industry. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional manner Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions Maintain proper call etiquette and communication standards Update customer information and call notes in the system Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction benchmarks Follow defined processes, policies, and service guidelines Must-Have Skills Good verbal communication skills in English (Hindi or regional language preferred) Basic computer knowledge (email, internet browsing, MS Word) Willingness to work in rotational shifts Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn Good listening and basic problem-solving skills Eligibility Criteria Education: 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate Experience: Freshers welcome No prior BPO or call center experience required (training will be provided) Good to Have (Optional) Any prior experience in customer service or voice support Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools Immediate joiners preferred Skills Customer Support Voice Process Call Handling Invoice Processing
