The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with clients in a warm, personable manner. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information about our services. Provide detailed information about spa treatments, services, and promotions. Address and resolve client concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency. Maintain accurate client records and update appointment schedules. Collaborate with spa staff to ensure seamless client experiences. Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and solicit feedback on services. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Proven experience as a call center agent or in a customer service role. Great Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
