This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 3 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time The Senior Sales Development Representative will lead outbound prospecting initiatives across the North American market , driving a strong, qualified sales pipeline. This role requires proven experience engaging enterprise decision-makers, executing multi-channel outreach strategies, and converting prospects into high-quality sales opportunities. The position is office-based and aligned with North American business hours (EST/PST overlap required) . Key Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting: Execute targeted outbound campaigns using cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage prospects across North America. Enterprise Lead Qualification: Identify customer pain points, buying intent, and decision-making structures to generate sales-ready opportunities for Account Executives. Pipeline Generation: Consistently deliver qualified meetings and opportunities that contribute directly to revenue growth. Account & Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on target accounts, industries, and competitors to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, activities, and opportunities within CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales leadership to ensure seamless lead handoffs and pipeline progression. Cross-Time Zone Coordination: Manage outreach, follow-ups, and internal collaboration effectively across North American time zones. Process Improvement: Share best practices, messaging insights, and performance feedback to continuously improve outbound strategies and team effectiveness. Experience & Qualifications 3+ years of experience as an SDR supporting the North American market in a B2B SaaS environment. Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement . Strong ability to communicate with and influence senior and enterprise-level stakeholders . Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Highly goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing time and priorities independently. Strong research, analytical, and account-mapping skills. Ability to work North American business hours from an in-office setup in Bangalore .
