Content and Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging product videos, descriptions, and imagery tailored for TikTok and Meta platforms. Plan and execute seasonal promotions, discounts, and campaigns to drive traffic and conversion. Customer Experience Management: Monitor and address customer inquiries and reviews on TikTok Shops promptly. Ensure seamless integration with customer service channels to enhance buyer satisfaction. Compliance & Platform Relationships: Stay up-to-date with TikTok Shop policies, algorithm changes, and best practices. Build strong relationships with platform representatives for support and insights. Reporting & Analysis: Generate weekly and monthly reports detailing shop performance, revenue metrics, and campaign outcomes. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve shop performance.
