We’re looking for a Vibe Coder — a creative builder who thrives at the intersection of code, AI, and culture. As a Vibe Coder, you’ll shape the way our teams work by designing tools, automations, and AI-powered utilities that make internal workflows smoother, faster, and more fun. You’ll prototype new ideas quickly, experiment fearlessly, and bring a hacker’s mindset to enhancing human creativity and productivity. What You’ll Do Design, build, and maintain internal tools, automations, and AI integrations that empower teams and improve workflows. Prototype new AI utilities and productivity features that let humans focus on human things — creativity, strategy, and collaboration. Partner with cross-functional teams to discover pain points, design AI-driven solutions, and measure their impact. Experiment with emerging tools and frameworks , pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with vibe coding platforms and AI coding assistants. Translate ambiguous problems into tangible prototypes , testing and iterating quickly to validate ideas. Contribute to a culture of playful innovation , helping make technology feel approachable, inspiring, and even a little magical. Experience building products — whether through startups, side projects, open source contributions, or shipping tools inside a company. Experience working with vibe coding tools such as v0, Bolt, Lovable, or Chef by Convex. Experience working with AI coding editors (e.g., Cursor) to speed up development and experimentation. A creative, curious mindset: you love tinkering, prototyping, and bringing abstract ideas to life fast. A collaborative spirit: you enjoy partnering with non-technical teams to uncover needs and build impactful solutions. Strong problem-solving skills: you’re comfortable moving from vague problem spaces to concrete, usable products.
