We’re looking for a Front End Engineer to own and build modern, data-heavy web dashboards for a creative-first marketing studio operating at the center of internet culture. This role is highly hands-on and product-oriented. You will be responsible for designing, building, and refining front-end experiences that are fast, intuitive, and polished. This is not a narrow execution role. You will own the front end end to end, from architecture decisions to UI behavior and performance. The ideal candidate has strong technical judgment, a sharp eye for UX, and real experience building complex, stateful interfaces. Why You’ll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) Observance of Holidays per company guidelines 100% remote setup so you can work where you are most productive High ownership role with real influence on product direction Work inside a creative, product-driven team that values taste and execution equally What You’ll Work On Front End Architecture and Development Build and maintain modern web dashboards using React and Next.js Own front-end architecture decisions, including state management and component structure Implement performant, scalable UI patterns for data-heavy applications Ensure front-end systems are reliable, maintainable, and easy to extend Data-Dense UI Design and Implementation Design and implement interfaces with tables, charts, filters, permissions, and real-time states Translate complex data and workflows into clear, usable interfaces Handle edge cases, loading states, errors, and user permissions cleanly Optimize performance and responsiveness across devices Real-Time and Interactive Experiences Work hands-on with Convex to build reactive, real-time front-end experiences Manage live data updates and collaborative states where applicable Ensure UI behavior feels intuitive and consistent as data changes UX Polish and Product Quality Sweat the details around interaction, spacing, motion, and feedback Improve existing interfaces to make them faster, clearer, and easier to use Partner with product and stakeholders to refine requirements and execution Take features from rough idea to production-ready experience What You Bring 4+ years of experience building front-end applications in production environments Expert-level proficiency with React and Next.js Hands-on experience using Convex in real applications Strong intuition for data-heavy interfaces and complex UI states Comfort owning the front end end to end, from planning to launch Strong product sense and ability to balance technical correctness with usability Clear communication skills and comfort working in a fast-moving team Nice to Have Experience building real-time or collaborative applications Familiarity with dashboards, analytics tools, or internal products Strong opinions about UX, performance, and interface quality Experience working closely with designers or owning design decisions directly How to Apply Please include: Your updated resume A short 1–2 minute Loom video walking through a front-end project you’ve built, focusing on architecture, UI decisions, and tradeoffs Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be considered.
