This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 250000 Rs 700000 (ie INR 2.5 - 7LPA) Min Experience: 1 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time We are expanding across domestic and international markets and are looking for driven Sales Development Representatives who thrive on uncovering new business opportunities and building strong sales pipelines. This role is ideal for proactive self-starters who can jump in quickly, take ownership of outreach efforts, and play a key role in strengthening brand presence while supporting the company’s growth objectives across multiple geographies. Key Responsibilities Identify, research, and engage decision-makers to generate new business opportunities Drive lead generation efforts across both domestic and international markets Coordinate and schedule high-quality meetings and appointments for the sales team Craft compelling and effective sales outreach emails tailored to target audiences Conduct cold calls to prospect databases to qualify leads and spark interest Analyze customer trends and needs to help build short-, medium-, and long-term sales pipelines Maintain and regularly update CRM and prospect databases with accurate information Collaborate closely with sales teams to align outreach strategies with business goals, target segments, and campaign objectives What Makes You a Great Fit Minimum 2 years of experience in sales development or business development Proven experience working with domestic and international markets Strong verbal and written English communication skills with a persuasive approach Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects Experience in lead generation within software or technology-driven organizations is preferred Hands-on familiarity with sales tools such as  Apollo  and  LinkedIn Sales Navigator Highly organized, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment A proactive mindset with the confidence to take initiative and drive results.
