Pozicioni: Teknik i Terrenit për POS Grupi i Kompanive Mellon kërkon një kandidat proaktiv dhe entuziast për pozicionin Teknik i Terrenit për POS, për t'iu bashkuar ekipit tonë. Kandidati ideal do të jetë përgjegjës për instalimin, konfigurimin dhe mirëmbajtjen e pajisjeve POS në ambientet e klientëve, duke siguruar një shërbim cilësor dhe kënaqësi maksimale të klientit. Përgjegjësitë Kryesore: Instalimi dhe konfigurimi i sistemeve POS në ambientet e klientëve. Ofrimi i mbështetjes teknike në vend dhe zgjidhja e problemeve të lidhura me POS-in. Kryerja e mirëmbajtjes rutinë dhe inspektimeve për të siguruar funksionimin optimal të pajisjeve POS. Dokumentimi i thirrjeve të shërbimit dhe mbajtja e evidencave të sakta për instalimet dhe riparimet. Bashkëpunimi me ekipin e mbështetjes teknike për zgjidhjen e çështjeve më komplekse. Diplomë e shkollës së mesme ose ekuivalente; certifikatat teknike përbëjnë avantazh. Njohuri bazë në elektronikë dhe teknologji POS. Aftësi për të diagnostikuar dhe zgjidhur probleme teknike. Aftësi të mira komunikimi dhe shërbimi ndaj klientit. Gatishmëri për të udhëtuar shpesh dhe për të punuar në orare fleksibël. Leje drejtimi e vlefshme.
