Mellon Technologies SA,  seeks to hire a Senior .NET Developer (with Architecture & Team Leadership Skills) Position Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer  who combines strong hands-on development abilities with advanced competencies in analysis, solution design, and technical leadership . The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding the development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and communicating effectively with stakeholders and clients. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of backend solutions using C# and .NET  technologies Conduct system analysis, propose architectural improvements, and ensure best practices Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions Mentor and guide junior developers, review code, and promote software development standards Participate in planning, estimation, and technical decision-making processes Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability through proper design and implementation 5+ years of professional experience in backend development  with Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET / .NET Core) Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and clean coding principles Experience with RESTful APIs, Entity Framework, and SQL databases Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into technical specifications Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders Proven experience in leading or mentoring development teams Nice to Have Full-stack experience with Razor , Blazor , or other Microsoft web technologies Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of frontend frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript) is a plus Soft Skills Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment Proactiveness, attention to detail, and a drive for continuous improvement
