This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1600000 (ie INR 16LPA) Location: West India JobType: full-time We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead and scale retail operations across the Western region for a fast-growing, VC-backed, celebrity-endorsed lab-grown diamond brand. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will own performance across multiple stores, build and manage Area Sales Manager teams, and help define the regional operating model as the business rapidly expands from a limited footprint to a nationwide presence. As the first regional hire, you will play a critical role in shaping growth, culture, and execution standards. Key Responsibilities Own full P&L responsibility and revenue targets for a portfolio of stores across the Western region Drive consistent sales execution by tracking daily performance, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective actions Recruit, train, and lead Area Sales Managers, setting clear store-level goals and accountability frameworks Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and capability-building initiatives to create high-performing teams Establish operational excellence by standardizing customer experience protocols, sales processes, and brand execution Identify and replicate best practices from top-performing stores across the region Build structured training programs for store teams to improve conversion, average ticket size, and customer satisfaction Partner with regional marketing teams to execute BTL campaigns, influencer initiatives, and local partnerships Build strong relationships with mall management and regional partners to improve visibility and footfall Allocate and optimize regional marketing budgets to maximize ROI and store-level performance What Makes You a Great Fit Proven experience managing multi-store retail operations with ownership of revenue and profitability Strong track record of building, leading, and scaling sales or area management teams Hands-on leader who is comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels Deep understanding of retail sales metrics, customer experience, and operational discipline Ability to thrive in fast-scaling environments with ambiguity and high growth expectations Excellent people-management, coaching, and stakeholder communication skills Willingness to travel extensively across the Western region and stay closely connected to store performance Ambition to grow into larger leadership roles as the retail network scales nationally
