You will own end-to-end performance marketing outcomes, build and scale a high-performing team, and continuously optimize campaigns to meet aggressive growth targets in a dynamic and competitive environment. Key Responsibilities Define and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals Own campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting across performance channels with a strong focus on ROI and KPIs Build, mentor, and lead a results-oriented performance marketing team, fostering accountability and collaboration Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum impact Drive data-led decision-making through continuous performance tracking, experimentation, and optimization Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and performance reviews to identify growth opportunities and risks Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support business development and expansion initiatives Monitor evolving media landscapes, digital trends, and industry benchmarks to keep strategies competitive Negotiate with media partners and vendors to secure optimal placements, pricing, and terms Implement and leverage media analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategy improvements What Makes You a Great Fit Proven experience leading large-scale performance marketing initiatives with measurable business impact Strong expertise in KPI-driven campaign management, optimization, and growth experimentation Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing marketing teams Deep understanding of budget management, financial discipline, and ROI optimization Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies Adaptability and confidence in navigating fast-changing market conditions and evolving consumer behavior Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with campaign optimization, performance analytics, and competitive positioning Strong negotiation skills and comfort working with media partners and external vendors A proactive leader who balances strategic vision with hands-on execution
