We are currently looking for a dedicated Contact Center Helpdesk Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch support and assistance with their inquiries. Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively with customers to address their inquiries and issues. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Bachelor's Degree. High School Diploma Good spoken and written English Strong PC skills. Previous work experience in a similar role is an advantage.
