This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 800000 - Rs 1300000 (ie INR 8-13 LPA) Min Experience: 4 years Location: Bangalore JobType: full-time We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Python Developer with strong expertise in Django and Angular to build scalable, high-performance web applications. This role requires a hands-on engineer who can design robust backend systems, develop intuitive frontend interfaces, and ensure seamless integration across services. You will work closely with product, QA, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, secure, and optimized solutions. In addition to development responsibilities, you will play a key role in mentoring junior developers, contributing to architectural discussions, and maintaining engineering best practices. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building scalable systems using modern technologies. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Python (Django) and Angular Build and optimize RESTful APIs and scalable backend services Develop responsive and efficient frontend components aligned with product requirements Work extensively with PostgreSQL and MongoDB for data modeling and management Integrate and manage messaging systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ for distributed processing Utilize Redis for caching and performance optimization Implement logging, monitoring, and analytics using ELK stack Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and ensure application stability and reliability Participate in architectural design discussions and contribute to scalable system design Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in coding standards and documentation Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile environments to deliver high-quality releases What Makes You a Great Fit 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development with strong expertise in Django (backend) and Angular (frontend) Proven experience in full-stack web application development and REST API design Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB database management Hands-on experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Redis in distributed systems Familiarity with ELK stack for logging, monitoring, and system observability Solid understanding of OOPS principles, scalable architecture, and performance optimization techniques Experience working in Linux environments with strong debugging capabilities Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute effectively to team development Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking Comfortable working in agile teams and collaborating with product and QA stakeholders
