Position Overview Mellon Systems and Services d.o.o is seeking an ATM Software Specialist to join our FinTech team and work with leading banks across Southeastern and Central Europe. You will be responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining modern ATM software solutions that ensure seamless customer service and secure transaction processing. Responsibilities Develop & support ATM applications (NDC, KAL/K3A, ProCash). Integrate ATM solutions with EMV and ISO8583 systems Ensure smooth ATM operations by monitoring performance and resolving incidents promptly Perform software upgrades, patches, and testing to ensure system reliability and security Support project implementation, including piloting and rollout of ATM software solutions Troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing timely resolution and root-cause analysis Collaborate with internal team and clients to deliver customized ATM functionalities Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and client requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 2+ years of experience in ATM software development, integration, or support within banking or fintech environments Knowledge of EMV standards, ATM applications, and transaction processing systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset Fluency in English (written and spoken) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
