Position : Operations Specialist Hiring Location : Latin America Employment Typ e: Full-Time (Remote) Type of contrac t: Independent contractor  Overview: We’re looking for a skilled Operations Specialist to oversee and optimize day-to-day retail operations across major national accounts, including Target, Walmart, and other key partners. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily retail operations end-to-end across mass-retail accounts — from purchase order intake and allocation to pick/pack/ship, routing, ASNs, invoicing, and deduction resolution. Oversee logistics, order flow, inventory, and forecasting in close collaboration with internal operations teams, 3PL partners, and retail counterparts. Maintain and manage EDI and retail portals (Walmart Retail Link, Target Partners Online, and related systems) to ensure clean 850/855/856/810/997 flows and consistent on-time, in-full execution. Ensure retailers remain in stock by driving demand planning and forecasting (MAPE), setting weeks-of-supply targets, and balancing inventory health across distribution centers and DTC channels. Partner daily with 3PLs for order management, performance monitoring, and SLA compliance. Lead OTIF and chargeback performance — monitor retailer scorecards, prevent compliance issues, and implement root-cause analyses and Corrective Action Plans. Act as the escalation point for operational issues, resolving constraints quickly and communicating clear ETAs and next steps with urgency and accuracy. Apply strong analytical and operational skills in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory control (including WOS, safety stock, and seasonality management). Demonstrate a proven track record of improving OTIF/fill rates and reducing chargebacks. Qualifications: 3–5+ years of experience in CPG retail operations with direct exposure to Walmart and Target accounts (experience with Costco, Walgreens, Kroger, B&N, or other majors is a plus). Proficiency with Walmart Retail Link, Target Partners Online (TPO), and EDI workflows (850/855/856/810).
