We are a  bid-build landscape contractor  specializing in hardscape and softscape installations.  Our reputation is built on:  ·         Precision estimating  ·         High-quality field execution  ·         Strong relationships with General Contractors & Architects  We don’t just build landscapes —  we build careers and teams.     The Role   We are hiring a  Landscape Construction Estimator / Project Manager  to own the front-end of our construction work — from bid, to award, to successful handoff into operations.  This role is critical to our growth. You will:  ·         Build accurate, profitable estimates  ·         Support sales and client relationships  ·         Create clean handoffs to field teams  ·         Help develop systems, people, and processes  You will report directly to  Sales Lead – Luke Joerin.     Core Responsibilities   Estimating & Pre-Construction   ·         Review plans, specs, and bid documents  ·         Perform detailed quantity take-offs  ·         Build accurate material, labor, and equipment pricing  ·         Coordinate with vendors & subcontractors  ·         Ensure overhead, labor burden, and production rates are correct  Post-Bid & Sales Support   ·         Participate in post-bid reviews  ·         Identify risk, margin, and value engineering opportunities  ·         Communicate assumptions and scope clearly  Sales → Operations Handoff   ·         Create organized estimate breakouts  ·         Transfer scope, pricing, and job intent to operations  ·         Support smooth job start-up  Systems, Process & Leadership   ·         Maintain Bid Board and estimating schedules  ·         Assist in budgeting and job costing (WIP)  ·         Train and support estimating staff  ·         Help develop SOPs and estimating standards    What You’ll Estimate   You will perform take-offs and pricing for:  ·         Irrigation systems  ·         Landscape planting  ·         Hardscape, masonry, walls, patios  ·         Site preparation  ·         Decks & carpentry    What Success Looks Like   You love:  ·         Numbers, ratios, margins, production rates  ·         Creating systems  ·         Coaching people  ·         Building something bigger than yourself  ·         Winning work that is profitable and well-run  You thrive under pressure, enjoy deadlines, and care deeply about details.  Qualifications   ·         3–5 years in landscape, construction, or estimating (preferred)  ·         Strong math & analytical skills  ·         Experience with Excel & estimating software (Procore, LMN, Aspire, PlanSwift, Sage, etc.)  ·         Ability to read and interpret construction drawings  ·         Organized, detail-driven, and professional  ·         Excellent written & verbal communication  ·         Valid driver’s license
