This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Location: Cairo Egypt, Egypt JobType: full-time The Graduate Management Trainee Program is a 12–18-month fast-track journey designed to develop future leaders in the e-commerce industry. Trainees will rotate across core business functions— Finance , Brand & Growth , and Commercial —working on impactful projects, solving real business challenges, and learning directly from senior leaders in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Work on live projects that directly influence business performance and customer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex strategic and operational challenges. Apply data-driven insights, creativity, and structured problem-solving to support key initiatives. Gain mentorship from experienced business leaders and exposure to leadership-level decision-making. Build both analytical and leadership capabilities to prepare for future managerial roles. Specialization Tracks: Finance: Support financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities. Contribute to investment evaluation, budgeting, and cost optimization. Partner with senior management on financial and business strategy. Brand & Growth: Contribute to digital marketing and brand-building campaigns. Use analytics to evaluate performance and enhance customer engagement. Work cross-functionally to strengthen brand awareness and retention. Commercial: Analyze business performance and track P&L metrics. Support pricing strategies, product assortment planning, and supplier management. Identify opportunities to enhance profitability and category growth. Who Should Apply: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related disciplines. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Passion for digital innovation, e-commerce, and data-driven decision-making. Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior internship or project experience in finance, marketing, or commercial functions is a plus. Program Details: Location: Egypt Duration: 12–18 months (with potential for a full-time role upon completion)
