Optimiza is seeking an experienced Front-end Developer to join our talented development team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of user-facing components and applications that deliver an exceptional user experience. Your expertise in modern front-end technologies will play a key role in shaping the future of our digital products. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of responsive and performant web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Design and implement user interface components and libraries with a focus on reusability and maintainability. Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality code. Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code quality and team knowledge. Optimize applications for maximum speed and efficiency across a variety of devices and environments. Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies, trends, and best practices, and continuously improve the development processes. Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative, positive team culture. Engage in problem-solving and debugging of complex front-end issues to enhance application functionality. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in front-end development with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Strong expertise in modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Solid understanding of responsive design principles and the ability to create user-centric interfaces. Experience with version control systems like Git and deployment processes. Familiarity with back-end technologies and RESTful APIs is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge. Experience with performance optimization and accessibility standards is desirable.
