This full-time role is designed for a seasoned financial professional with a minimum of 12 years of experience in investment advisory, private banking, or wealth management, and offers a competitive compensation range of ₹45–60 LPA. As an Investment Advisor, you will act as a strategic partner to clients, guiding them through complex financial decisions, portfolio construction, asset allocation, and long-term wealth planning. The role demands a strong understanding of capital markets, macroeconomic trends, and diversified investment instruments including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, structured products, and alternative investments. You will be responsible for building deep, trust-based relationships while ensuring consistent portfolio performance aligned with clients’ financial goals, risk appetite, and liquidity needs. This position combines advisory excellence with revenue accountability, requiring both strong market acumen and the ability to grow assets under management through strategic client acquisition and retention. Key Responsibilities Manage and expand a portfolio of HNI and UHNI clients across Delhi and Gurgaon Provide comprehensive investment advisory solutions across equity, debt, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, structured products, and alternative assets Design customized asset allocation strategies aligned with client objectives and market conditions Conduct detailed portfolio reviews and recommend tactical and strategic rebalancing Drive new client acquisition through referrals, networking, and strategic outreach initiatives Maintain proactive communication with clients through periodic reviews, performance updates, and market insights Collaborate with internal research, product, and compliance teams to structure optimal investment solutions Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and global developments impacting client portfolios Ensure regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and ethical advisory practices Contribute to revenue growth through advisory income, cross-selling opportunities, and long-term relationship expansion What Makes You a Great Fit 12+ years of proven experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory Strong expertise in portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk management strategies Demonstrated success in managing and growing significant AUM portfolios Established network within HNI/UHNI client segments in Delhi and Gurgaon Deep knowledge of financial products including PMS, AIFs, mutual funds, fixed income instruments, and alternatives Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and translate insights into actionable strategies Exceptional relationship management and client engagement skills High integrity with a clear understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks Revenue-driven approach with a consistent track record of achieving targets Strategic thinker with disciplined execution and long-term wealth planning capability
