This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Location: Bangalore JobType: full-time We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive regional growth, achieve monthly performance targets, and acquire new customers through structured marketing and sales initiatives. This is a front-line role requiring strong execution capabilities, lead generation expertise, and on-ground marketing involvement. Key Responsibilities Drive business growth by achieving assigned monthly sales and acquisition targets. Identify and prospect new customers and vendor partners to maximize lead generation opportunities. Execute all assigned sales activities including leads, campaigns, referrals, and self-generated prospects in a timely manner. Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, customer acquisition results, and local market trends. Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and prospective candidates/customers. Lead and manage regional marketing initiatives for the assigned center/location. Organize and participate in college seminars, workshops, and student engagement activities. Build and maintain relevant databases from multiple sources to support outreach efforts. Prepare and implement monthly, half-yearly, and annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Ensure regional targets are met in line with overall organizational goals. Take ownership of dedicated sales performance against assigned targets. Plan and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities such as leaflet distribution, stall setups in colleges, malls, and public areas.
