Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, creating insightful reports and dashboards, and making recommendations to improve business performance. Responsibilities: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop project plans Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field 1-2 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or related role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView Proficient in SQL and database technologies such as Oracle or SQL Server Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
