We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to support outbound outreach and appointment setting for a growing operations-focused services company. This role is highly execution-driven and centered on consistent outbound calling, clear communication, and disciplined follow-up. You will spend the majority of your day calling prospective customers, qualifying interest, and booking appointments for the sales or operations team. This is a performance-oriented role for someone who is comfortable on the phone, resilient with volume, and motivated by measurable output.
