About the Role We are seeking a full-time Office Assistant & Customer Support Professional who will also act as the right-hand support to the company owner and leadership team. You will play a key role in customer communication, appointment coordination, sales support, and administrative workflows that keep daily operations organized and running efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction while also supporting internal teams and leadership behind the scenes. What You’ll Do Customer Service & Appointment Coordination • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text • Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and next steps • Assist customers with appointment scheduling and service coordination • Follow qualification scripts to determine service fit and gather client details • Coordinate appointments efficiently using calendar management tools • Communicate appointment details to customers and sales teams • Contact completed clients to request feedback and online reviews Administrative & Sales Support • Provide administrative assistance to sales staff and leadership • Track task completion and appointment progress • Follow up with team members to ensure deadlines and commitments are met • Support internal coordination and workflow organization What You Bring • Proven experience in customer service or administrative support roles • Strong verbal and written English communication skills • Comfortable working extensively on phone and customer interactions • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks • Experience using RingCentral or similar communication platforms • Experience with spreadsheets and data entry tools • Familiarity with marketing or customer outreach tools is a plus • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment Ideal Candidate Profile You are someone who: • Enjoys supporting both customers and leadership teams • Is detail-oriented and highly organized • Communicates professionally and confidently • Manages multiple tasks without losing accuracy • Takes initiative and ownership of responsibilities Why Join Through ScaleSource?
