Key Responsibilities Administer the Document Control processes for DOF Canada; Assist in the identification, preparation, formatting, registering, scanning, collation, quality check, issue and filing of documentation as required; Hard copy archiving / filing of documentation from vessels, projects and departments as specified by the Project / Department Managers and updating relevant document registers; Support the continual improvement of an effective Business Management System complying with ISO 45001:2018, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. Key Qualifications and Experience: Post-secondary education in Office Administration with a concentration in Records and Information Management Diploma Experience in using a Document Control Software to manage documents 1-3 years’ experience in administering Document Control preferably in the offshore energy industry Very proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills Ability to Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Strong analytical skills, and attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
