Position Overview Joyce Factory Direct is hiring a Operational Support Lead (Field & Logistics) to support warehouse operations while also assisting with event show setup/tear-down and occasional light field service work. This is a flexible, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and can shift between warehouse, events, and field support responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently. Compensation • W2 employee position with consistent, year-round work • Hourly rate: approximately $22–$25 per hour, based on experience • Bonus opportunities tied to field work and additional responsibilities • Overtime opportunities when available Schedule • Monday through Friday • Daytime hours with flexibility based on business needs • Occasional evenings or weekends for events or field support What You’ll Do • Unload trucks and stage materials for installation • Maintain accurate inventory of all stock materials • Update CRM as shipments are received • Keep warehouse and surrounding grounds clean and organized • Assist with event show setup and teardown • Perform light service work in the field as needed • Communicate with internal teams regarding materials, scheduling, and needs You’ll Be a Good Fit If You Have • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight • Basic home construction knowledge (strong plus) • Adaptable and able to switch tasks quickly and easily • Good communication skills • Reliable transportation and strong attendance
