Optimiza is looking for Senior Software Engineers with a passion for Artificial Intelligence to join our cutting-edge development team. In this role, you will drive innovative AI projects, develop intelligent applications, and contribute to the evolution of our software products. Your expertise will be essential in designing solutions that leverage AI algorithms and machine learning techniques to enhance user experiences and drive business value. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement AI-driven software solutions, including machine learning models and algorithms. Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to define AI requirements and translate them into functional applications. Contribute to the architecture and design of scalable systems that can efficiently process and analyze large datasets. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, focusing on continuous integration and deployment. Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and fostering a culture of quality and excellence. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the team. Troubleshoot complex software issues and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on AI and machine learning. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with strong experience in AI libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn). Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data processing tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their AI services is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in troubleshooting complex software issues. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Relevant certifications in AI/Machine Learning are a plus.
