Position Overview Joyce Factory Direct is hiring a Bath Measurement & Service Technician (W2) to support residential bath remodeling projects primarily in the Cleveland market, with travel to the Pittsburgh market 1–2 days per week as needed. This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for taking final jobsite measurements, confirming that the sold scope of work is feasible, creating material lists, and completing post-install service and warranty work. This position is expected to transition into a Cleveland-only role as the Pittsburgh market grows and can support a full-time technician locally. The ideal candidate has bath remodeling experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while delivering a professional, customer-focused experience. Compensation • W2 employee position with consistent, year-round work • Hourly rate commensurate with experience • Overtime opportunities when available • Steady workload with predictable scheduling Schedule • Monday through Friday • Daytime hours with flexibility based on customer appointments • Very occasional Saturdays based on workload or customer needs Benefits • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • 401(k) with a 25% uncapped company match • Paid training and skill development • Consistent work and stable scheduling • 90-day bonus or raise eligibility based on performance and reliability • Employee discounts on home improvement services • Employee Referral Bonus Program What You’ll Do • Schedule and route measurement and service appointments • Visit residential job sites to take accurate final measurements • Review contracts with customers to confirm scope and specifications • Verify that the sold scope of work can be completed as designed • Create and submit job-related material lists • Perform service and warranty work on completed installations • Adjust shower doors, re-caulking, and finish repairs • Troubleshoot and repair basic shower and bath plumbing issues • Communicate professionally with homeowners and internal teams • Document jobsite findings and updates accurately You’ll Be a Good Fit If You Have • Bath remodeling experience (preferably acrylic shower systems) • Basic plumbing knowledge and troubleshooting ability • Ability to professionally apply caulking and perform finish work • Strong attention to detail and organization • Good communication and customer service skills • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Reliable transportation and strong attendance • Ability to travel to Pittsburgh 1–2 days per week as needed
