Role Overview: We are seeking talented and motivated Senior Software Engineers from Tier 1 universities or companies in the USA to join our talent network for upcoming projects in 2026. The ideal candidates will possess a strong technical background, have experience working in fast-paced environments, and be passionate about coding and problem-solving. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products. Responsibilities: Working on AI model training initiatives by curating code examples, building solutions, and correcting code in Python, JavaScript (including ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go. Evaluate and refine AI-generated code to ensure that it is efficient, scalable, and reliable. Collaborate withcross-functionalteamsto enhance AI-drivencoding solutionsagainstindustryperformance benchmarks. Build agents that can verify the quality of the code and identify error patterns. Hypothesize on steps in the software engineering cycle (prototyping, architecture design, API design, production implementation, launch, experiments, monitoring, operational maintenance) and evaluate model capabilities on them Design verification mechanisms that can automatically verify a solution to a software engineering task. Model: 100% Remote Freelancing, time and material (20-40h/week projects) Vetting Process: 20 min AI interview + 40 min coding challenge Candidates that pass the vetting process will be paid a one-time fee. Must-Have Qualifications: A degree in Computer Science or a related field from a Tier 1 university and/or relevant professional experience from a Tier 1 company . 5+ years of software development experience in backend and/or frontend technologies. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript . Proven experience with modern technologies and frameworks Strong understanding of software design patterns, architectures, and best practices. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to challenges. Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
