Η  Mellon Technologies , μητρική εταιρεία του Ομίλου Εταιρειών Mellon, κατέχει ηγετικό ρόλο στο χώρο των ηλεκτρονικών συναλλαγών, των υπηρεσιών τηλεφωνικής εξυπηρέτησης καθώς επίσης και των υπηρεσιών business process outsourcing αναζητά  Υπαλλήλους Τηλεφωνικού Κέντρου για Εξυπηρέτηση Υφιστάμενου Πελατολογίου Ο/Η κάτοχος της θέσης θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για εξερχόμενες κλήσεις σε υφιστάμενους πελάτες κορυφαίου Παρόχου Ηλεκτρικής Ενέργειας, με σκοπό την εξυπηρέτηση αιτημάτων, την ενημέρωση για διαθέσιμα προγράμματα και υπηρεσίες και την προώθηση λύσεων που ανταποκρίνονται στις ανάγκες τους, συμβάλλοντας ενεργά στην διατήρηση και ικανοποίηση του πελατολογίου. Λεπτομέρειες εργασίας: Ωράριο εργασίας: Δευτέρα με Παρασκευή - σταθερό πρωινό 10.00-18.00 & μια εβδομάδα τον μήνα απογευματινό 12.00-20.00. Απολυτήριο λυκείου ή πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ Γνώση Αγγλικής Γλώσσας Πολύ καλή ικανότητα χειρισμού εφαρμογών MS Office Επαγγελματική - ευγενική συμπεριφορά, εξωστρέφεια και ομαδικό πνεύμα
