Optimiza is seeking a highly skilled .NET & PowerApp Development Team Lead to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will lead a talented group of developers in creating innovative solutions using Microsoft .NET technology and PowerApps. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving project success and cultivating a high-performing development team. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of .NET and PowerApps developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of .NET applications and PowerApps solutions, ensuring they meet project requirements and quality standards. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into actionable development tasks. Coordinate and prioritize development efforts to align with project timelines and business objectives. Promote and implement Agile methodologies within the team to enhance productivity and efficiency. Conduct code reviews, ensuring best practices, performance optimization, and adherence to security standards. Identify areas for improvement in processes and tools, implementing changes that enhance team effectiveness. Stay abreast of the latest developments in .NET, PowerApps, and relevant technologies, incorporating best practices into team projects. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field . Strong proficiency in .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, and MVC framework. Experience with Microsoft PowerApps and Microsoft Power Platform is essential. Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based development practices. Proven experience in Agile development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps). Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development and collaboration. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Certifications related to .NET, PowerApps, or Agile methodologies are a plus.
