Your Mission  We are looking for an Accounting Associate – Mid Level to join our fast-growing finance team. Reporting to our Accounting Associate Team Lead, based in Cyprus, you will be supporting the team on the monthly reporting and assisting in the quarterly and yearly auditing requirements. Our finance team based in Cyprus is looking for the next rock-star to join the team and benefit from the experience and the team collaboration. We are looking for an individual who is a team player and knows that if we all work together, we will be able to meet our deadlines.   Key Responsibilities Multi-currency accounting entries and adjustments Support monthly processes Month-end closing procedures Income and expenditure reconciliations Balance sheet Accounts reconciliations Accounts payable, management of supplier accounts, and invoice queries Assisting in the preparation of VAT returns Respond to requests for information from various stakeholders, including auditors, tax consultants, and other internal managers. Qualifications At least 3 years of bookkeeping and VAT experience - A Must Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and complex organization Excellent use of MS Office (Excel) – A Must Familiarity with ERPs (such as SAP Business, Oracle) - An advantage B.A in Accounting and Finance or similar – An Advantage Professional Qualification (CAT, AAT Holder, LCCI) - An advantage Nuvei is an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates collaboration and innovation and is committed to developing a diverse and inclusive workplace.
