Your Mission The Project Manager is based within our Enterprise Project Office (EPO) and oversees multiple client focused projects at a time. This role requires someone who will collaborate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives, create project plans, as well as manage the budget, and adherence to deadlines established. This role requires a highly motivated, skilled Project Manager with proven experience managing projects from initial concept to launch by being actively involved with clients.   Key Responsibilities Responsible for the execution of multiple projects. Both internal and client facing. Scope, create, plan, and manage initiative against the plan (setup weekly meetings, manage deliverables/milestones, escalate risks and issues, propose solution to ensure successful project delivery). Successfully provides project communication at all levels within the organization and to clients. Helps identify process improvements and feedback for multi-part projects that need creative project management strategies required for timely execution. Valid project management certification such as, PMP, Prince2, CAPM, etc. 4+ years hands-on project management experience or in a similar position. 8+ years working experience in corporate environment. Experience with IT, non-IT, and client focused project management. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with PMI, SDLC, Scrum, and Agile methodologies. Ability to elicit technical and business requirements from stakeholders. Fluency in Spanish – preferable, but not required.
