We are currently looking for a Sales Representative, responsible for the day-to-day in store activities concerning the acquisition of new customers, customer service and bill payments of existing customers, in retail store. What will you do: Sales Reach and exceed personal and store sales targets and KPI s. Present, promote and sell the company‘s products, services and special offers. Keep oneself up to date with the competition ‘s products & services. Answer customers’ questions about products and services. Cross and upsell products and services at every given opportunity. Know and apply the data protection laws when and where relevant. Prepares sales contracts and monitors the contract procedure. Sales Leads creation and Follow up. Proactively identify areas of improvement and suggest promptly them to your seniors. Customer Service Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives Follow the Company’s communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Handle and carefully respond to customer inquiries, by providing excellent customer service through active listening Aim to resolve issues end to end Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager. Store Be co-responsible for the upkeep of the store in terms of display, stock and general upkeep, and opening and closing procedures. Carry out in a proactive manner varied tasks that will be assigned. Use the various IT systems according to the company’s procedures. Participate actively in regular training and coaching sessions. What you need to be successful: 2 years of working experience in retails sales, preferably in services and in customer service, Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, Excellent use of Microsoft Office, Basic knowledge of English, Strong contact handling skills and active listening, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, Responsibility and consistency, Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters, Familiarity with customer behavior principles, Team spirit and positive mental attitude.
