We’re looking for a Clay Specialist who can build, optimize, and scale outbound and enrichment systems inside Clay. This is not a “tool awareness” role. You must have hands-on experience building real tables, implementing waterfall enrichments, writing Claygent prompts, and integrating data into CRMs. You will operate at the intersection of sales, marketing, and RevOps. Your work will directly impact lead quality, personalization depth, and outbound performance. This role is ideal for someone who understands how Clay replaces manual prospect research and wants to build scalable systems instead of spreadsheets and guesswork. Why You’ll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) Observance of Holidays per company guidelines 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you’re most productive High ownership over outbound data infrastructure Work at the center of revenue generation, not on the sidelines Opportunity to build scalable systems using AI and automation Fast-moving, experimentation-driven environment What You’ll Work On Clay Table Architecture and Workflow Building Build and manage advanced Clay tables from scratch Design structured outbound workflows using multiple enrichment steps Create scalable data models that support sales and marketing campaigns Ensure tables are clean, efficient, and built for long-term reuse Waterfall Enrichment Optimization Implement and optimize waterfall enrichment logic across multiple providers Improve data coverage while minimizing unnecessary credit usage Diagnose provider gaps and optimize enrichment sequencing Monitor enrichment accuracy and refine workflows continuously Claygent and AI Research Automation Write and optimize Claygent prompts for structured research tasks Use AI agents to extract insights from websites and external sources Transform unstructured web data into usable outbound signals Balance model selection and credit spend for maximum efficiency CRM Integration and Activation Integrate Clay with Salesforce or HubSpot Sync enriched data cleanly into CRM pipelines Build automation triggers for outbound activation Ensure data hygiene and structured field mapping Outbound Infrastructure Support Support lead generation campaigns at scale Optimize workflows for campaigns exceeding 5K leads per month Improve personalization depth while maintaining automation efficiency Collaborate with sales and RevOps to improve conversion performance What You Bring Clay Certification is required (Credly badge verification) Proven hands-on experience building and managing advanced workflows inside Clay.com Strong understanding of Waterfall Enrichment logic and optimization Experience writing and refining Claygent prompts for structured AI research Direct experience integrating Clay with Salesforce or HubSpot Ability to optimize credit usage while maintaining data quality and coverage Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and automation workflows Experience supporting outbound or RevOps teams with scalable data systems Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently Nice to Have Listed as a Clay Expert or Solutions Partner Experience with Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, Make, n8n, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator Experience optimizing credit usage at scale SQL or Python basics Experience running outbound campaigns at 5K+ leads per month How to Apply Please include: Your updated resume A short 1–2 minute Loom video walking through: A Clay table you built How you structured waterfall enrichment How you optimized credit usage How you integrated the data into a CRM Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be considered.
