Avant Tech is hiring Licensed Therapist on behalf of a trusted mental health client dedicated to improving access to compassionate, evidence-based care. This role is ideal for clinicians who thrive in environments that value authenticity, humor, creativity, and empathy while building deep, impactful client relationships. Core Responsibilities: Conduct thorough clinical assessments and create individualized treatment plans. Provide ongoing psychotherapy using a range of evidence-based and creative interventions. Document sessions, treatment updates, and progress notes in a timely, compliant manner. Collaborate with internal clinical staff, case managers, and external healthcare providers. Maintain a steady caseload (25+ weekly sessions for full-time, 15+ for part-time). Attend supervision, training, and clinical meetings as required. Perform additional duties aligned with clinical and organizational goals. Master’s degree in Counseling , Psychology , Social Work , or a related behavioral science. Active full clinical license in Georgia: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. Experience conducting assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to establish appropriate clinical boundaries and maintain professional rapport. Competence with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record ( EHR ) systems. Insurance credentialing is preferred but not required.
