Your Mission Reporting to the VP Treasury, you will support treasury operations by reviewing, validating, and approving payment batches. You will help ensure payments are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with Nuvei’s internal controls, authorization requirements, and regional regulations. This role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to collaborate across finance, AP, banking, and regional teams. Responsibilities ·         Run daily cash positioning across Nuvei’s operating bank accounts. ·         Ensure timely review and execution and documentation of wires, ACH/EFT, and cross-border transfers consistent with banking practices and frameworks. ·         Ensure all disbursements follow internal controls, authorization matrices, and compliance requirements. ·         Monitor payment workflows and escalate exceptions as needed. ·         Support documentation and treasury‑related controls, including SOX where applicable. ·         Partner with AP and regional finance teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of payments. ·         Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives around payment processes, automation, and controls. ·         Contribute to global financial system implementation for bank-related activities. ·         Execute and evidence internal controls for cash activities (dual approvals, payment templates, entitlements reviews); support internal/external audits. ·         5+ years of experience in treasury operations, AP, or payment processing. ·         Strong understanding of banking platforms, payment processing, and treasury controls. ·         Experience working with multi‑currency and cross‑border payment environments (NA and LATAM preferred). ·         Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines. ·         Excellent Spanish and English communication skills, and Portuguese considered an asset ·         Experience with global banking portals and ERP systems. ·         Background in high‑volume payment environments is an advantage.
