This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 360000 (ie INR 3 - 3.6 LPA) Min Experience: 1 years Location: chennai JobType: full-time We are seeking a proactive Telecalling Executive with experience in outbound calling and CRM systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong English communication skills, a basic understanding of marketing concepts, and the ability to engage prospects effectively. Immediate availability is preferred. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Promote products/services and generate leads or sales opportunities. Maintain and update customer records accurately in the CRM/ERP system. Follow up with leads and nurture prospects through structured communication. Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to support campaign execution. Track call outcomes and maintain performance metrics. Requirements 1–5 years of experience in telecalling or outbound sales. Hands-on experience using CRM/ERP software. Strong verbal communication skills in English. Basic understanding of marketing and customer engagement principles. Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Immediate joiners.
