Optimiza is in search of a skilled Senior Quality Assurance professional to enhance our quality assurance team. In this role, you will take the lead in ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality through the development and implementation of effective testing strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues and drive continuous quality improvements throughout the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated testing scripts to ensure product quality. Lead and mentor QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization. Analyze requirements and specifications to create a clear test strategy that aligns with project goals. Conduct rigorous testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing to verify that software meets specifications. Collaborate with development, product management, and other teams to address quality issues and recommend improvements. Maintain and manage defect tracking and reporting processes, ensuring transparency and accountability. Stay current with industry trends and emerging testing tools to enhance our QA capabilities. Ensure compliance with quality assurance processes and standards across projects. 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in a senior or lead role. Proficient in test planning, test case design, and execution of tests across a range of applications. Expertise with automation testing tools, such as Selenium, QTP, or similar technologies. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience in performance testing and tools like JMeter is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Outstanding communication and leadership abilities. Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are beneficial.
