This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 3000000 (ie INR 15-30 LPA) Min Experience: 10 years Location: India, NCR JobType: full-time As a Senior Manager – Project Management, you will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of multi-disciplinary programs involving RF design, RF testing, embedded systems, hardware engineering, and software development. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, drive execution strategies, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role demands strong leadership capabilities, structured project governance, risk management expertise, and the ability to align technical execution with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complex programs across Software, Electrical, Mechanical, and RF engineering teams. Define project scope, objectives, milestones, resource plans, and execution strategies. Drive project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk mitigation activities. Oversee RF design and RF testing phases to ensure compliance with technical specifications and regulatory standards. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, operations, quality, and external vendors. Establish robust project governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms. Proactively identify risks, technical bottlenecks, and interdependencies; implement mitigation strategies. Manage stakeholder communication, including executive leadership updates and customer engagements. Ensure quality assurance, validation, and regulatory compliance for RF and hardware-related programs. Mentor and guide project managers and engineering leads to build strong delivery capabilities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across program execution processes. Required Skills & Expertise Strong expertise in Project Management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid models). Hands-on understanding of RF Design principles , antenna systems, signal integrity, and communication systems. Experience in RF Testing , validation protocols, compliance standards, and performance optimization. Demonstrated experience managing integrated hardware-software product development cycles. Proficiency in project planning tools (MS Project, Jira, Primavera, or similar platforms). Excellent risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation capabilities. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with competing priorities. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications/Mechanical or related field). 10–15 years of experience in project or program management within engineering-driven environments. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred. Prior experience in telecom, aerospace, defense, automotive electronics, or embedded systems industries is advantageous.
